Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at divagoldltd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your package.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products and gift cards. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
